He starts to create hallucinations for Eugene Sims, who is struggling to keep up with the ever-changing narrative. Finally, SCP-701 makes Eugene Sims commit a horrific act with his "Make People Commit Horrible Acts" ability. Eugene Sims' mind is altered, and he becomes a puppet to SCP-701's twisted game. As a result, SCP-701 emerges the winner of this battle. SCP-701's ability to manipulate reality on a conceptual level and merge narratives with personal experiences gives him the upper hand over Eugene Sims. Eugene Sims may have superhuman abilities, but SCP-701's abilities are untouchable and impossible to defeat.
