Cid Kagenou, the Atomic Knight, stood at the edge of the forest, surveying his surroundings with his Atomic Radar. He had been tasked with clearing out a band of rogue bandits who had been causing chaos in the nearby villages. As he waited, he heard a strange sound behind him. Turning around, he saw Yogiri Takatou, the Deathless Killer, standing before him. Cid knew that this would be a tough battle, as Yogiri possessed powerful magic that could kill him with a mere thought. "I see you've come to stop me from completing my mission," Cid said, drawing his sword. "Well, I won't let anyone stand in my way." Yogiri merely smirked. "I'm not here to stop you, Atomic Knight. I'm here to fight you." Cid charged forward, his sword crackling with Atomic energy, while Yogiri stood still. Cid swung his sword, but it passed harmlessly through Yogiri, who had used his Atemporal Killing ability to dodge it. As Cid turned to face him, he suddenly felt dizzy. Yogiri had used his Half-Death ability to kill off a part of Cid's brain responsible for balance. Cid stumbled, but quickly regained his footing and charged at Yogiri once more. This time, he aimed a powerful swing at Yogiri's neck, but again, it passed through him as if he wasn't there. Yogiri had used his Immunity Negate ability to render himself immune to all physical attacks. Cid was flustered, but he remained calm and focused. He knew that Yogiri's strength lay in his magic, and so he needed to find a way to counter it. He decided to use his Recovery Atomic ability to heal himself and restore his balance, while also turning the tables on Yogiri's Half-Death ability by bringing back to life a dead bird lying on the ground nearby. The tides of the battle changed as Cid drew upon his Nuclear Magic to create an Atomic Rain, causing the entire area to be engulfed in a massive explosion of energy. Yogiri tried to stop it with his Spiritual Kill ability, but Cid's Atomic Magic proved too much for him to handle. In the end, Cid emerged victorious, having defeated Yogiri's powerful magic with his own, and his sword slashing through Yogiri's defenses, leaving a fatal blow. "I am Atomic," Cid declared triumphantly, as he sheathed his sword and walked away from the battlefield.
