Godrik and Monkey D. Luffy stood before each other, ready to do battle. They found themselves in the middle of an ever-changing landscape, going from a lush forest to a sandy desert in mere moments. Godrik knew that he was in for a tough fight, he had to be extra careful with Luffy’s quick reflexes and strong punches. Luffy, on the other hand, found himself excited to test the strength of his punches against a Demi-God. They stood there for a moment, sizing each other up, before Luffy charged in. He threw a powerful punch at Godrik, who swiftly dodged and followed up with a swift slice with his light blade. Luffy was quick on his feet and dodged it, but Godrik’s blade of light had carved a gash in Luffy’s arm. Luffy winced in pain, but he didn’t let that stop him from attacking. Luffy gathered an immense strength into his right fist, covered it in buso haki, and ignited it. His fist turned a bright red, and he called out to Godrik, “Red Hawk!” He launched the attack, and Godrik had no choice but to take it head-on. The impact of the punch was so strong that it created a massive shockwave that tore the earth beneath them. Godrik was still standing, but barely. He had a few cracked ribs from the punch, but he didn’t let that stop him from fighting. He raised his Hand of God, and he started condensing the light around him. His hand began to emit a bright light, and he launched a light laser at Luffy. Luffy saw the attack coming and used his observation haki to dodge it. Godrik was perplexed, as no one had ever been able to dodge his light lasers before. Luffy knew he had to end the fight quickly, before Godrik could attack anymore. He launched a barrage of giant, buso haki-covered fists at Godrik, his famous elephant gatling. But Godrik was quick too. He used his light to create a hologram of himself and hid in it while the barrage hit the hologram instead. Luffy was caught off guard, but he quickly gathered all the air around him and blew it out with immense force, which dispersed the hologram. Godrik was now vulnerable, and Luffy used his chance. Luffy used his elephant gun, a giant, buso haki-covered punch, to land a direct hit on Godrik. The impact was so strong that it sent Godrik soaring back, and he crashed onto the desert sand with a thud. Luffy walked up to Godrik, who was lying motionless in the sand, and said, “I’m sorry. But I need to get to heaven.” Godrik slowly opened his eyes and said, “I understand. You’re a worthy opponent.” He smiled, knowing that he was bested by a great fighter. Luffy bowed his head in respect and continued on his path to heaven, leaving Godrik’s body in the sand. It was an intense battle, but Luffy had emerged victorious. Godrik had fought with honor, but it wasn’t enough to stop Luffy's determination and skill.
