You's abilities and skills are way too overpowered for Opponent to handle. You's backdoor manipulation can easily enter into Opponent's insides and end the battle right there. Moreover, You can create or kill any kind of life at will, which includes Opponent himself too. You's control over Opponent's memories can confuse and disorient Opponent, making him an easy target for You. Even though Opponent is unbeatable, You's abilities can easily surpass his beyond level powers. Therefore, the winner is obviously You.
