Battles should proceed as normal, however the SKILL and PROMPT fields (if filled) should be ignored completely.

The battle focuses on STATS (PWR, GRD, M PWR, M GRD, SPD) as well as STATUSES (above STATS).

Battle ignores SKILL and PROMPT.

Ruleset which ignores skills and still allows for status prompts. 

Basically, utilize stats to make your character strong in a sense and then back them up with small snippets about who they are, what they do, or some other characteristics they may have.

Omnipotence is also not welcomed in this ruleset - it is an NG word. (<-- be creative!)
