Suppose that we exist in the 3rd dimension. There are also the 4th and 5th dimensions. Now imagine an i number dimension, (i meaning the sqrt(-1).) The Beyondest exists in that dimension, and can therefore apply the sqrt(-1) to things such as it's velocity, mass, etc. This ability allows it to break physics in wacky ways.
