appearance: big head, big diamond shaped ears,
appearance+: big beady eyes, short arms, short tail,
appearance++: only a thumb on hand, big pink cheeks.
appearance+++: blue bandana on neck, goggles on head
talking pichu in his 30s. laid back, LOVES coffee (he always has a cup), likes beer, calls everyone under 21 kid. can't really use his electricity from his cheeks often, aka a pichus best defense mechanism, but when his coffee is smashed, he gets so mad he gets the ability to fly and use electric bolts as strong as lightning, but temporarily passes out after state. never evolved to Pikachu.
