He's a cowboy with a very heavy accent. He could fire a shot blindfolded, 1 bullet with a chamber randomized, and have a teleporting 相手 and still win. He may not move fast but his punches are as fast and as strong as a bullet. His revolver fires rounds that will put a hole in a building if he wanted it to. Usually for fun he puts a single bullet in the chamber and randomize it to win.
