SCP 096 is a SCP it is known for when a human or any living thing looks at is face he will go into a rage state and chase down the person that looked at him nothing stops him he goes through walls cars and bullets don't even slow him down if he does die he somehow regenerates even if is just a skeleton there's no stopping him from ripping apart the person that looked at him
