He has full power of his game (world) and is an Omnipotent being within it and a God. Can even mess with files and computers beyond the fouth wall to also kill the person playing the game. The Game is a corrupted horrifying copy of Sonic The Hedgehog. Sonic.exe will pull the enemy into his game where he is God. He will terrify them in many ways before brutally killing them and consume their soul.
