Reality is a quantum fluctuation of uncertainty, & God brought certainty the moment HE brought light, creating the universe
The past is an absolute made absolute with certainty, & the future is an uncertainty yet to become certain/absolute
Therefore, one could say the power of certainty is a divine power.
自分 can make any future certain, solidifying his future victory as Absolute & Irrefutable
