Power steal:after seeing, and having a basic idea of someones ability, it is added to his spell book and the opponent can no longer use it, also he can use the powers he steals at full power Spell book:when he steals a spell it enters the spell book, he can summon this book at will and use whatever spell is inside of it after flipping to that page
