Saitama (サイタマ, Saitama) is the main protagonist of the series and the titular One-Punch Man. He stands as the most powerful being in the narrative. Saitama faces a self-imposed existential crisis, as he is now too powerful to gain any thrill from battle. Initially just a hero for fun, Saitama decides to register as a professional hero with the Hero Association after realizing that nobody recognizes him as a hero. He takes on the responsibility of protecting his home in Z-City from Mysterious Beings, villains, and various threats. After the incident involving the Monster Association and the subsequent destruction of his apartment, Saitama now lives in Hero Apartment 104 at the Hero Association Headquarters in A-City. Within the Hero Association, he is assigned the hero name Caped Baldy (ハゲマント, Hagemanto; Viz: Bald Cape) and currently holds A-Class Rank 39. Manga Made By Yusuke Murata
