[Swordsman No. 505] | God of Vengeance

The following may be relevant to explain the lore I will be explaining: Norace & The World of Honor are in the same overall verse, but are seperated They are all contained in what's known as the "Outer Boundary" World of Honor, or [The Boundless Dream] is a living dream created by Aelorith, becoming a mutating, evolving, and ever expanding Reality Cluster, with each Reality Cluster forming more reality clusters and interacting with each other via multiversal rules like living cells, creating literal living beings made of infinite Reality Clusters, with the entire Biosphere being one entity, [The Boundless Dream]. This reality cluster is ever evolving & ever transcending, so what was previously the totality of [The Boundless Dream] would later simply become a single cell, which continues on for eternity & has already done so for eternity. It's like a ZFC Universe where infinities outscale more infinities infinitely. For Norace, it's the Carcass of a Sword God. It is an entity slain in the middle of his journey. Norace is the verse most closely related to Normal Place or Tabeirun Difan, since Tabeirun Difan was where the Sword God originated from. Here are some Realms Created Inside His Body (Only listing one since it's the only one relevant to the explanation): Gaia: The universe used to be Gaia, who was a titan, a species who had gained sentience from the remaining vital energy left in The Sword God, but it collapsed into itself due to the laws created by the great one, creating a "planet" of incomprehensible size connected by uncountable spatial rifts, made up of 9 continents (the 9th was submerged in water by a sea serpent), this "planet" was then later split apart along with its continents after a war, with each of those continents forming a multiverse, each no longer bound together by said spatial anomalies. Now Gaia itself isn't alone, because with her is Sol, the Sun. If Gaia is a female titan representing [Yin Vital Energy] then Sol is a male titan representing [Yang Vital Energy]. Together, they rotate around each other as [equals]. Each phase of the rotation represents the 12 Different Earthly Branches: Zi (Rat), Chou (Ox), Yin (Jaguar), Mao (Hare), Chen (Dragon), Si (Snake), Wu (Horse), Wei (Sheep), Shen (Monkey), You (Rooster), Xu (Wolf), and Hai (Boar). This actually parallels the Vital Energy Cultivation Method of the original Sword God. Perhaps such was the great one's intentions when creating such [laws], but we will never know. Due to the extremely close parallels to the Vital Energy Cultivation Method of The Sword God, its [wisdom] is unknowingly pulled in by the rotation of Divine Yin & Yang, granting each Earthly Branches sentience. And for this particular profile, we will focus on Yin (Jaguar). Yin, in our world, represented earth, passivity, stability, and the feminine principle, and is symbolized by the tiger. However, because of the nature of The Sword God's divine art [Inverted Heaven], their natures are inverted into representing heaven, activity, movement, and the masculine principle, symbolized by the Jaguar. Furthermore, due to the inherent demonic arts of The Sword God, it is further twisted into nightmares, aggression, turbulence, and the principle of war. However, The Sword God is neither good nor evil, and both demonic and orthodox principles are contained in its [wisdom], so the principles of evil are ultimately balanced. From the principles of war came justice. Aggression transforms into righteous vengeance. Within those turbulence are chaotic karmic motions. And even in nightmares there is guidance. Yin (Jaguar) is known to excel in swordsmanship as Silver (Yin) is ingrained into its very ousia, and is at the pinnacle of swordsmanship while possessing transcendant mastery over Sword Art. While there are cults that worship its demonic interpretation, most worship its heavenly interpretation. Shamanistic rituals channeling Yin, or Agora's powers are quite prevalent. This is especially so considering how common demonic spirits are in the Era of Chaos. Yin plays a great role in repelling these spirits due to his innate ability to ward off and/or expel pestilence. In particular, Agora is extremely good at expelling djiins from possessed bodies, as long as that body hasn't been possessed for too long that is. However, Agora can also be cruel. Demonic Cults that worship the demonic interpretation of Agora—especially those affiliated with a political dynasty—are known to spread curses and bad omens to their targets, causing widespread chaos. Furthermore, some cults even go as far as summoning a projection of Agora in order to destroy entire empires, all in the name of war and succession, and very rarely for justice. Because of this brutality, worship over Agora slowly vanished as it became taboo to even learn of, speak of, or even hear of Agora's name. This, alongside the destruction of the 9th Continent eventually led to Agora being lost to history, and now many shamans only speak of the 11 Earthly Branches and each of their 8 Constellations. But what are Constellations? To explain, I must copy paste this lore piece I originally wrote in Lucian's profile: Very simplified explanation of Norace's cosmology: Every universe's spacetime may be infinite in size, but it's insides(Matter & Energy) are limited. The Gaia Multiverse: The universe used to be Gaia, who partially represented the remaining life (Vital Energy) left in Lucian's master. It later collapsed into itself due to the laws created by the great one, creating a "planet" of incomprehensible size connected by uncountable spatial rifts, made up of 9 continents (the 9th was submerged in water by a sea serpent). This "planet" was then split apart along with its continents, with each of those continents forming a multiverse, each no longer bound together by spatial anomalies, but that part's irrelevant here. Infinite Sky: If the multiverse is the planet, then The Infinite Sky is space. The Infinite sky holds an infinite amount of Gaia's species (all of them are also dead) and each "couple" all forms a single [Star]. There are infinite [Stars] in the Infinite Sky, but they appear to all be nearly identical to each other (Possibly by the great one's intervention). The Infinite Sky is seperated into infinite constellation families. Each constellation family usually defaults into having 88 containers each containing infinite stars in them, called a [Constellation] (So each container is a Constellation), and each of those 88 sets of infinite stars form 88 gods that embody the stars they are made from. These gods' essence are usually extracted, turning them into "guardians". This kills those gods' conciousness but the constellation itself does not get destroyed. The guardians are born as mortals but with infinite potential within the [Star] they inhabit as [The Main Character], blessed with divine luck and talent. Anyways, this partially elaborates the scattered lore written in the profiles. Now that we know that, you can now see that yes, all the worlds that we call [Stars] are indeed synchronized in [rotation]. Each [Constellation] is owned by a specific Earthly Branch, with each Earthly Branch owning 8 of them. But why only 88? Isn't it supposed to be 96? Welp, remember how Agora was sort of forgotten? Yes, those extra 8 Constellations did not disappear. What's beyond this constellation family is outside the scope of this guy's lore so I will stop here I think. The Sword God was the Owner of Infinite Sword Arts after all, and many variations of the interaction of Yin & Yang & how they manifest exist. But in the end, all rivers of daos eventually converge into one ocean, [The Origin Well], which was The Sword God's middle dantian. This world is just incomprehensibly tiny compared to the larger picture. Extra Note: A [Star's] night sky can usually only view their own Constellation Family's sky. Atleast in the Era of Chaos.
