[Back]: https://en.ai-battler.com/rule/92777b8d-51ff-421e-84da-9724b09f28ac On this section of the dungeon, I will go over some techniques and mechanics used in making rules. Rules are essentially "Minigames" or "Rulesets" within the game that chanelges the AI output. ——————————/// {A & B}: In a battle, A is recognized by the system as the Attacker & B as the defender. You can use this to specify some prompts that target A or B, such as "A & B are in a field of flowers, both seeking a fight" and "Write how A enters into B's secluded dimension". __________________________ {Prompt}: As the name suggests, it's where you write your prompt to the AI about what you want to achieve. Whether you want to make a baking contest, a fanbase faceoff, or anything else, you can ask AI for it as long as it fits. Unlike {Full Prompt}, what you put inside is public. __________________________ {Full Prompt}: Full prompt can be made in the "Full prompt" section directly below "Prompt". If you have a Full prompt, the "Prompt" will be ignored & the "Full prompt" will be made instead. Typically, using a "Full prompt" is suggested, but if you just want to make something simple, using a Prompt is better, and unlike {Prompt}, it is not public. Also note that a winner/loser decision will not be made if you use this, so if you want to have AI make a winner/loser decision, you can write one in the {Full Prompt} itself or the {Tail Prompt}. __________________________ {Tail Prompt}: As already explained in-game, it is the prompt that is inserted at the end. In other words, it's the last message sent to the AI as a prompt before a battle is made. For combat-oriented rules that use {Full Prompts}, they are typically where the winner/loser prompt is written. __________________________ {Formatting}: Formatting is simply the how we prompt AI to write in a specific style, such as novel format. For novel formats, we usually do something like: Output story in a full novel format w/ 5000+ words (4000+ words is what I found to be most effective in making AI output as much words without it getting too wonky or sometimes ignoring it and outputting too little). Of course, this can be changed to suit your tastes slightly such as "Write story in a gothic novel blah blah blah..". __________________________ {Only Rule Owner Can Create Character}: Self-explanatory. Turn this on when you don't want other users to join your rule or make characters inside your rule. __________________________ {Enable to be attacked by characters belongs to other rules}: As the developer of the game is japanese, the English is not perfect. This rule setting allows characters outside the rule to attack characters inside the rule, because it is typically not allowed. __________________________ {Not Battle}: This removes the battle-prompt from the hidden rompt used in the game from the rule. However, if your rule prompt still has a battle prompt, a battle will still occur. __________________________ {Force Battle}: Increases the "Priority" of the rule prompt in case "Not Battle" is turned on. "Priority", as explained in the other section, refers to the strength of a prompt, making AI prioritize it more over other weaker prompts. __________________________ {Dont use base status for prompt}: This removes the status values (i.e Guard, Magic Guard, Power, Magic Power & etc) from the rule entirely. __________________________ {No Additional Status}: This removes the Additional Status of all characters in the rule after a battle output, much like "Dont Use Base Status". __________________________ {Ignore Skill Prompt}: This removes the "Prompt" of all characters within the rule upon a battle output. This is used to prevent contradicting instructions within a character such as the case with a character that has the prompt of "Write a horror novel" fighting a character inside a cooking rule. __________________________ {Is normal judgement}: Changes AI judgment to be without any personality, removing the "Wild Tough Guy" judge (Note that the Wild Toilugh Guy judge is also removed in most cases even without turning on this setting). __________________________ {Hide Result Image}: When A & B battle, the AI decides whether or not A has won. This would cause the game to put an image of "Winner", "Loser", or "Draw". This setting removes that entirely. __________________________ {Not Replace A & B}: Usually, the game replclaces the terms "A" & "B" into "You" and "Opponent". However, with this setting turned on, that is no longer the case. __________________________ {Don't Show On Public Rule List}: Makes your rule private, only appearing in your profile and the moderator view. __________________________
