Regarding The "Incorrect Grammar" and The Misuse of "{i} & {u}"

Created by 《 In Courtesy of The Wise 》
Following a series of events, I have noticed a few users here do not understand {i} & {u} or misuse it completely. Therefore, I have made this page to cover this misunderstanding in a slightly more comprehensive manner. [Back]: https://en.ai-battler.com/rule/d823cb66-db3f-4bb4-9337-cc07355df3b8 ——————————————/// In a character, {i} & {u} is substituted into the following: [Skill Substitution] {i} --> me {u} --> opponent However, this is only purely visual, as the system actually designates them as the following in the prompt that is given to the AI: [Prompt Substitution] {i} ---> A (If your character is the attacker) or B (If your character is the defender) {u} ---> B (If your character is the attacker) or A (If your character is the defender) Due to this fact, many users have made the mistake of directly refering to {u} as opponent, which can work when your prompt is in your skill prompt, but when used inside a rule prompt, it is not as effective (Ex. https://en.ai-battler.com/rule/690adb9b-c900-41ec-a222-e1c34a77faa3). --- The reason for this is because the principle of [Prompt Substitution] in that context is used incorrectly, as on the case the rule was made for a specific character, the prompt for the character remains static, always being B. Another is because of the misunderstanding caused by the [Skill Substitution]. This is because once again, {u} & {i} is not directly referred to in the prompt as "opponent" & "me", but rather as "A & B". It is imperative that you understand the distinction between {i} & {u} as a text used for visual convenience, and {i} & {u} as they are functionally. This is also why most users who use "{i}" or {u}" use them like a name instead of a noun/pronoun. For example, the sentence "{i} is known as a mage" is more grammatically correct than "All men know {i} as a mage", but "{i} is known as a mage" is read as "Me is known as a mage" when read in the skill without the toggle. Anyways, {i} or {u} is generally just used to shorten the skill section to allow for more words to be typed in the skill or status section. ———
